Kyle Roth, MD
Dr. Roth is a lifelong Hoosier. He obtained his medical degree from Indiana University then went on to train in Emergency Medicine at IU EM, finishing in 2016. He and his family live north of Indianapolis and enjoy working with various animals including horses. Dr. Roth is a nocturnist and known for keeping his cool under pressure.
Thomas Gansman, MD
Dr. Gansman joined BCEM in 2016 after working in North Carolina for a number of years. He trained in Emergency Medicine at Indiana University and continues to be a part time clinical instructor at IUEM. We are excited to have welcomed Tom, his wife, and their daughter back to Indiana!
Cody Elmore, MD
Dr. Elmore is the Medical Director of our Advanced Practice Providers; in that capacity, she supervises the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and management of our wonderful APP’s. Dr. Thomas hails from Missouri, and received his medical training at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine. He and his wife moved to Indianapolis for his residency training at Indiana University Emergency Medicine. He enjoys reading and good music.
Lauren Searles, PA-C
Lauren has been part of the BCEM team since 2014. She grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, then obtained her undergraduate and PA training at Butler University in Indianapolis.
